The knowledge and knowing different types of hair and helping me learn more about mine. I never knew I had fine hair but lots of it, I always thought I just had thick hair. Also helping me know what product helps with the frizz but is still light and not heavy.
Amazing staff and excellent customer service. If you want more surveys completed, please link the survey directly to the receipt email to pre-populate information. There is no reason for a customer to have to enter all of the information. How many times do I have to ask for this change? Surely I am not the only customer to make this request.
