All stylists are friendly and engaging. Usually not much of a wait. Not all, but most take their time to make me feel welcome. I can't stand when one hurries to finish my cut. I like when they take their time and make it a good experience. If I wanted to get in and get out I would go to a barber.

The main thing is to get a good haircut. Everything makes it more pleasant but the key is how I look a few days after my cut. I do really like the sports on TV, and the hot towel and vibrating chair when my hair is shampooed.
I wasn't pleased with my haircut two times ago but this last time, the stylist took a fair amount of time with me and did a very good job. I think her name was Brandye at the E. 96th street store in Indianapolis. I plan to ask for her when I go again.
Consistently good service and experienced stylists. Have been coming here since the place opened over twelve years, or so, ago. At about 10 visits annually, that's over $3,000 (excluding tips) in services and products, and probably much more, rendered.

First of all I am female, which may skew your results. I go to Sport Clips because Erin Burr is a wonderful hair stylist. I get a great cut which grows out well every time.
