This was my first experience at Sport Clips. I saw it besides Sam's Club and got a flier/coupon in the mail, so decided to try it out. I was a walk in. Short wait time of less than 10 minutes. Got a hair cut, shampoo, hot towel to face, scalp and then neck/shoulder massage. My hair dresser was pleasant. I liked my hair cut.

Atmosphere is good and stylists are friendly.
I love the service and the atmosphere. Yes it is sports focus and in Indiana, men like talking and watching sports. But it is not hypermasculine to the point where it is uptight. I have been to traditional barbershop that kinda makes fun of people who say or do one thing wrong (not to the "standard" of a manly man). The quality of the haircut is super. You can customize the style and it is fast!
Janet Caprara always has a smile on her face and remembers how I like my hair cut.
