1. Stylists are well trained to do great haircuts, especially scissor cuts
2. The procedures are all comfortable, relaxing and well organized. I’ve been to a competitor’s shop before, and they washed my hair first ! I’d leave there with a neck full of clipped hair .
3. Your “Check in online” app works very well and not only tells you how long of a wait there may be, but notifies you when you are “ batter up” !

The stylish was so helpful. friendly and knowledgeable. My 14 year old son "knew what he wanted in his head for his first year in high-school" she listened, took her time and even explained to me the different hair products and how to use them for the style he wanted!
He even said "she's the only person he will ever let cut his hair again!" LOL

My stylist Aubrie at the downtown Fishers Sports Clips was absolutely fantastic. A really friendly smile and as sweet as can be. But the haircut: FABULOUS! I had poor experiences earlier at other locations, but she made up for all of it. Great job, Aubrie!
