The sign in process was very easy and gave accurate time estimates for when I was going to get my haircut. The woman that cut my hair did exactly what I asked her to do and made it look the same as a $50 salon cut.

The staff has been courteous, professional, and friendly. They have provided great haircuts in a timely manner.
The one complaint would be the check in process. Not having the ability to actually make an appointment is problematic. It recently took two weeks to finally get a haircut. Every time I would check online the wait time was 90 minutes or "closed" due to hitting their limit.

This was my first time using the services of Sports Clips. I have previously gone to a competitor, and had been for years. Lately their service was lacking, so I decided to find another service. Lisa made me a reoccurring customer. She was very friendly, and made me feel like I mattered to her. I highly recommend Sports Clips and Lisa to anyone who wants an experience, not just a haircut.
