First I would like to say that service is great at the store I go to and Ali is a very talented stylist. Always does a great job and is super friendly. The reason for the rating of 9/10 is because for months you have been out of a product that I use on a daily basis. It is the Mitch Clean Cut styling cream. Would like to see it on the shelf again.
