Sport clips is top notch in every aspect of their company. From costumer service to the individual products. I'm greeted as soon as I walk in the building and feel as if I've walked into a second home. Everyone is extremely well mannered and very good hair stylist. The products they use are great and work very well with the way I do my hair. Overall a top notch place to go and I couldn't imagine getting my hair cut any where else
Nell from Carbondale had me laughing the whole time I was there. She was very nice and entertaining, and she sereously gave me the best haircut I've ever gotten..I will call to make sure she is there before I go in from now on:)

I enjoy the whole experience at Sports Clips. They have always been known for having the best products, and the ability to make a man's hairstyle look amazing. I was a customer at Sports Clips over a year ago and did not like the experience and it was due to the sour and negative as well as unfriendly barber.
I needed a haircut really bad and Sports Clips was the only place that could get me in at 7:30PM. The hairdresser i had this time was extremely friendly and knew how to have conversations with new people. She knew exactly what to do with my hair. I told her "just make me look good, it's only hair and will grow back if i do not like it. She was very thorough and quick and did an amazing job. She offered to shampoo my hair and I said "What the heck, I have not had anyone scrub my head in years".
I told the hairdresser Nell M, that I was a previous customer and due to my negative experience, I decided to go to Great Clips because they were nicer. I asked her if there was a way that I could use her to cut my hair and basically be my "hairdresser". I am used to my aunt and cousins cutting my hair and that speaks for myself. I told my hairdresser, "thanks to your people skills and skills as an awesome hairdresser, I hve made up my mind that I will continue to use Sports Clips ONLY as my place to go for a nice clean cut. She took her time and explained which product work for different styles. I ended up spending $73.95 plus a generous tip due to the hair dresser's ability to promote a comforting and friendly environment for a hair cut. Lets face it, some hairdressers are very snotty and unfriendly from my experience.
As of 04/05/2016, I will only go to Sports Clips and I would love to have Nell M be the same individual to cut my hair and only her. I am very particular about my hair and take pride in promoting World Class Customer Service, and expect the same from others when I enter their place of employment. I give you 2 thumbs up and if I had more thumbs I would put them up too. I am a post Masters degree student and work with helping people. I treat others like I want to be treated, and I expect that from others. Nell M is the only one employed by Sports Clips who deserves an Outstanding Achievement Award. She is the reason that I will return every month and never go anywhere again. I like for the same person to cut my hair, not strangers. She was just AWESOME! In my opinion, she deserves a raise and acknowledgment for her performance. Because of her you will get my money every month, and I will tell everyone to go there. However, if I cannot get her to cut my hair on a day that she is working, no matter how long the wait, I will take my money and conduct business elsewhere. Please give her a raise because she deserves it tremendously. She has been the most friendly hairdresser that I have had in my entire life. I do not exaggerate, I am a Christian and always tell the truth no matter the circumstance. I have never suggested an employer give one of their employees a raise, BUT she deserves a raise and acknowledgment. If I did not feel this was true, I would not have written this long survey response.

I truly appreciate the effort that is made to fulfill my specific needs during my experiences. I have had my hair cut by many associates, and they all listen attentively to what I would like done. Recently, I have specifically requested Kelly because I know she will take ample time to do an excellent job with my gnarly hair. She did another fantastic job today. Everyone in the establishment is friendly, accommodating, and able to provide good conversation. I do not mind waiting to receive a haircut because I know each experience will be a positive one. This is the only place I will visit while I live in Carbondale. Thank you!

Nicole is the best hair dresser ever! Nicoles hospitality aspect is perfect, she is always welcoming and helping me find new products for my hair, definitely a good asset to your company. Promote! Promote! Promote! BUT you guys need to get it together and get those girls trained on waxing eyebrows because these caterpillars on my face are getting ridiculous!
