I went in for a cut on February 13th, Super Bowl Sunday and of course the day before Valentines Day. I signed up on line at 10 am and there was already a 2 hour list, I need a cut so I stuck it out and waited my time. I showed up at my time and went in, the crew was friendly as usual but I was surprised to find out that the on line wait was now up to 3 1/2 almost 4 hours. The three person staff was a little shaken by this but were working diligently and from some of the conversation I learned that the lead person was trying to get other stylists to come in to work. Through all this I still received the same great service and cut as I usually do and was even a little more impressed with my cut, she did a great job. Professionalism under pressure, in my book always a true test.
