Brennan was great, listened to my sons request on his hair cut and it looked great. He even suggested a product that would suit his needs. We were greeted when we came in and I liked the text message to alert us the appointment was ready soon that let us get some shopping done while we waited.

Kayla was amazing. As always. I love the atmosphere. But mainly Kayla makes my experience worth coming back for over other barbers. Not only is she insanely professional, but I have never left not satisfied with my haircut. 10/10!
I like being able to check in on the app. I just wish that the times were more accurate. The time before this haircut I showed up at the exact time the app told me to be there and still waited over an hour before I got brought back to the chair.

It’s not that I would go back to Sports Clips, but that I would go back to this locations. Everybody in there is absolutely amazing and actually take pride in their work. I had gone to the Caldwell location prior to this one only to get rushed in and out, only to get my hair butchered. I’m not sure if because my hair was wet I couldn’t notice it, but the next morning when I looked in the mirror I noticed everything and it wasn’t just “I missed a spot” it was “I’ve never done this before” and it was also the assistant managers work. I had considered going back in there but felt if that was the best that the manager could do then I wasn’t sure if they could fix it. The nampa location was awesome, I can’t remember the name of my stylist, but even he couldn’t believe what had been done to my hair and started working on it. I was glancing around the room to see how everyone else’s hair was turning out and I feel pretty confident that this is my new location, they are all about the finished product and not just getting people in and out.
I love the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. I also love how I feel after my wash and hot towel massage.
