Sara did a great job. She cut my hair the right length, the first time. She does a good face and head massage. She doesn't scape my ears with her nails when washing my hair. She gave my shoulders a squeeze when she puts a towel down for the shoulder massage. All of these little things add up to a differentiated hair cut.
