I've always gotten quick responses to appointment requests. Also, our walker, Susan, really cared about our pooch and gave me updates everyday. I felt our pup was in good hands.

Fetch's walkers are second to none, especially Laura which always goes above and beyond for our very demanding dogs. Frequently we give them next to no notice, and on the few occasions that Laura cannot make work, they are always ready with very capable alternates.

The array of services offered by Fetch! would fit almost any pet owner's needs. More importantly for us, the Teoras who have been there for our dog & cat, are life-savers when it comes to, at times, their last minute willingness to take Toeby (our cockapoo) in on a boarding basis as well as look in on Bucky, our cat, during our absence. Toeby loves his b&b times. When we load him up, bed & all, turn into the Teoras' driveway, he knows he's at his home away from home, bounds out of the car & to their door. We receive phone texts while we're away, letting us know all is well with our fur-kids as well as photos. Bucky is apparently as happy with his overseers as Toeby is. I cannot recommend this service more highly, but I will emphasize much of my praise is due to Pat & Linda Teora, our pets' foster pet-parents. I cannot imagine finding folks any more connected to animals than they!

The customer service we have received has been excellent, and our pet sitter, Dianne, goes above and beyond to make sure our pet is well looked after when we're away. I love that I get updates daily too, so that I know our kitty is in good hands when we're out of town.

Reliable. I am sure the person will be at my house as scheduled. I have received periodic updates via text. When I come back my kitties are happy. Also, before holidays you send reminders.

I was able to meet the person who would be caring for the pets. I was given a discount since I was using the service for a longer period of time. The person let me know when she got there the first time and the pets were ok. I am hoping that I have some more updates from her before we get home. I like the fact that it is locally owned.
