Personal service from a caregiver who genuinely cares about our cats. We are able to check with her daily after her visit via text messages. She also provides peace of mind that are home is secure while we are away on vacation.
I completely trust our fetch sitters. We use their services 6-7 times a year. I love the fact that they send us updates after each visit. Also, they are always extremely quick to respond to emails or voicemail.
The care my pets receive. However, I would like to get texts or calls about them. My dogs are my children and I worry about them.

As soon as I make a request, Renee gets back to me, letting me know that she's working on it. By the next day, she sends a confirmation of who will be available to care for my pets. Leslie, Janine and Madonna have all taken care of my dog and 2 cats. They are all so caring and wonderful, and they really know the animals. They let me know how they're doing and often send photos of them. I couldn't ask for more trustworthy caregivers!
