What I like best about Fetch Pet Care is the Peace of Mind that it gives me. I can completely trust that Mimi will take excellent care of the girls when I am not home, and they love her! I love how Fetch was able to set a pet sitter up with me so quickly when I had to go out of town last minute and this was over Christmas week, only the busiest time of year for such services! My regular sitter wasn't available but they were able to find a wonderful woman by the name of Sara to come in and take care of my furry kiddos while my husband and I were away. When we met I just got awesome vibes from Sara and could tell right away that she loves animals... even my shy little Bengal, Chiana, came out of her hiding place to say hello :)! I loved receiving my daily texts from her along with pictures of the three furry trouble makers getting into mischief LOL!
Very professional company yet the people who work at Fetch feel more like an old friend that you have known for years. Timely correspondences via e-mail and phone. I needed to make a change to my pet sitters schedule a couple of times and they showed nothing less than some of the best customer service! Their kindness and patience was beyond exceptional!
If you love your furry babies and would do anything for them then DO NOT board them in unfamiliar surroundings as that can sometimes traumatize them by making them scared to leave home. Plus all the different people, whom you may know nothing about, coming and going in those places does not make them feel safe and secure. Cats and dogs are creatures of habbit and they would feel more comfortable with only one pet sitter tending to their needs in their own home where they know the surroundings and feel safe and secure. If you need to go out of town or out of state for any reason I highly recommend hiring a pet sitting service. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Fetch and would recommend them to friends and even family. Fetch is reliable, responsible, prompt, professional, kind and caring. Give them a call.... what are you waiting for!

Shannon is amazing! I love that she sends me daily updates about how the kitties are doing, and they're always fun and put a smile on my face. She took care of them while we were out of town for Christmas, and we came back to a cute gift from "santa" and a photo that she had printed out of the kitties! It was adorable!

I had a perfect experience with Fetch. I initially called on a Sunday and spoke to someone over the phone. I was quickly matched with a cat sitter, Brendan Schaller, who came for a consultation and did a phenomenal job watching my cats and keeping me updated on my trip. I was so pleased with the care he gave my cats and had such peace of mind on my trip knowing they were in good hands. I will highly recommend Fetch to my friends.
