Incredible customer service. I had previously used another pet sitting agency,where I never knew if we had pet sitting covereage until the day before departure. FETCH PET lets me know the same day a request for pet sitting is made, if the pet sitter will be available. Also having an assigned sitter who knows the quirks of our dog and cat, reduces the stress on both, while we are away. I love the fact that our pet sitter sends daily email updates on how they are doing - its incredibly reassuring, especially when some of our travels take us out of the country.

Background checks, insurance, good care of my babies, notes about anything that may come up regarding health issues, and the fact that I get to meet the person who is going to watch my girls. I also appreciate seeing how they interact during the meet and greet before leaving them to go on a trip. I also like the fact that they can stay at home where they are comfortable ad less stressed while I'm away.
