I like the consultation between both the main people involved in my dogs care. It was very informative and I then knew the procedures to make the best communication possible between me and my primary dog-sitter. My dog sitter is someone my dog likes which is a hard one for him due to trust issues as he was a rescue dog. Susan gave me daily updates and piece of mind while I was away. I have a special needs dog who she made sure got extra attention and her meds. When I arrived home, she had left me the sweetest letter with photos of both the pups playing. Both dogs seemed relaxed and happy. Fetch! is a wonderful service and Susan seems to love my babies as much as I do which warms my heart and soothes my conscience when I am away.
The animals are well cared for and caregiver is always on time. I also like the communication from Fetch if any changes need to be made to the original time schedules as well as the daily updates.
The care for my cat is high quality. I am confident she is in good hands when I have to be away.
Maria was wonderful! The dogs looked like they were well cared for and my house was spotless when I returned. I was out of the country, but she sent emails and photos and let me know the dogs were doing well. My one dog is epileptic and I was sure he would have a seizure while we were away because he would be stressed, but he did not. I think because he was very comfortable with Maria! Also, Fetch makes it so easy with their billing and requesting service.
Our dog is very special to my wife and I. We felt that she received as much loving and care in the week that she was with Tina that we would have given her.
The texts sent while we are a way. The photos sent are very nice.

I appreciate the consistency of the staff. We have had a couple long time pet sitters and they are terrific - which bodes well for Kate Zavala in finding staff. I know they back each other up in case of emergencies and my instructions are always followed.
