Convenience. Closeness to my home so I felt better, in case of anything, someone was so close. Genuine dog lovers all around and Gretchen was experienced and unwavering, calm and cool with our pups who can seem intimidating and obnoxious!;)

You are responsive to my needs when I need cat care. Then when I am gone, my cats are well taken care of and my house is in as good shape as when I left. I am very happy with the service I receive from Fetch and have already recommended you to others.

What do you like about our services?

I liked getting the email updates every day while I was on vacation so that I could know how my cat Coco was doing. I also thought my sitter did a great job and my cat seemed very well taken care of when I came home!

Reliability and personal service. When I request a visit, Fetch has always responded to my e-mails within just a few minutes. They always come when they are supposed to and go above and beyond what I ask of them. I love the personal notes and pictures they send. Clearly they love animals and caring for them!
