Of course, the thing I liked most was the quality of the service. Pam, who took care of my dog, was excellent. She is smart and quick to get the picture of my dog's personality and his needs. Upon my return from a 4-day trip, my dog was happy to see me, but I could also tell he had been well taken care of. I asked for your service with a very short lead time, and I really appreciate your flexibility. It was a no-fuss uptake process that is very upfront and clear. You made it really simple and seamless, and I'm extremely grateful for that.

Dependable and flexible services. Susan V. was our pet sitter and for 11-days took care of our cat and dog while we were out of the country. She was Excellent! We got text messages daily and photos... our pets adjusted well to her visits. Fetch service is fantastic and we were completely at peace of mind that our beloved pets were in such good hands. What do you like about our services?

My request for a pet sitter was very last minute, so I was very happy to receive a call within a couple of hours of submitting my inquiry! Katie was a wonderful sitter and made to sure to make my baby feel as comfortable as possible while I was away. When I picked him up he was as happy as ever! I will definitely be contacting Fetch! the next time I need someone to watch my pup while I'm traveling. Thank you!

What do you like about our services?

I think it is great that your employees are animal lovers and willing to give medications, but it would be great if some of the employees could be actual vet techs or certified in administration of pet medicine. The absolute perfect solution for my situation would be a vet tech or even a vet student that could come to my home before or after work to help with fluid injections - which would only take them about 10 minutes - so I wouldn't have to pay for a whole 1/2 hour service visit. Thank you.

This service is much more exensive than any other in-house pet care; but WORTH EVERY PENNY. Jeannie was absolutley wonderful! She went so far out of her way to care for my pets. I came home to a detailed reportcard of what transpired during every visit which was unnecessary since she graciously provided text messages to keep me informed while I was away. I have recommended FETCH! to 5 other coworkers so far, and will keep recommending. The next time I need a pet sitter, FETCH! aka Jeannie WILL be my first call. I Love this place!
