Somebody is always there ready to come sit overnight with our pet, even if our regular sitter is booked. Because we don't always know well in advance when we'll be traveling, this really helps alleviate anxiety.

Robin is awesome - she'll text me pics of my kitty and give me updates while i'm away. I feel like she really cares about her. And i like the little reports she leaves! Also - been very easy to set up appointments. She's always available (it seems!).
