It was very nice to know that our dog was home where she is most comfortable and was well taken care of and the regular updates about how she was doing were great.
Becky was really great about my multiple emails as our departure approached. I kept thinking of additional things to tell her (like a worried mother to my pets), and she responded in a way that made me feel they would be in good hands. I appreciated her updates while we were away, and everything was in good order when we returned.
