Very flexible and accommodating. I do need to mention Clara and Nickie. Clara has been outstanding with our dogs. Nickie was great answering our questions and getting us set up.

Kimberly was great! Our puppies immediately took to her, and she seemed very patient with them. She was also very understanding about our concerns while we were away. I loved her texts and photos to keep us updated on how things were going. Hopefully she will be able to check in on them the next time we are out of town!

Professional service and dog walkers; I can usually request my usual walker, so my animals feel more comfortable.
Easy to communicate via email-to book appointments.
Michelle (our walker) is great and she send me text photos of the pets during her visit.
I like how the service sends reminder emails i.e. "The holidays are coming - make sure you reserve an appointment" etc.
I give it a 10 out of 10!

I liked that my pets were able to stay in their home, but still be cared for properly while I was away. I also very much appreciated hearing from the caregiver each day, so that I knew the cats were doing well and safe.

What do you like about our services?

I have used both Jen and Lynn. They areobviously attracted to cats and it shows in how my 2 react to them. Also, their comments in updates demonstrate an understanding of the feline mind. They both are very good at keeping me posted about my pets while I'm away,letting meknow if there are any issues I can help with. In addition, they send the best pictures, especially Lynn. I find them both dependable and respectful of my home.
