I got caught in a bind and needed someone to care for my cat with about two days notice, and Fetch totally came through! I found the prices to be competitive and the sitter with whom they connected me was lovely.
I have been extremely impressed with the customer service that Fetch Pet Care provided. Not only do I have the best dog walker, I have someone who I trust to come in and out of my home. Kim is my primary dog walker and she does a fabulous job each and every time she plays with my dog Miles. She goes above and beyond to make sure that she gives me very detailed notes of the time spent with Miles. I can not simply say in words what a wonderful job she does for our family. I always give recommendations to others if they need a dog walking service.
I like that I work with the same 1-2 pet sitters each time. They know me, my pets, and my house, and the general routine. I never worry that something will be missed, or forgotten. I feel like I have built a rapport with my sitter, she and I text back and forth like friends. Despite the fact hat it is a national service, this feels like a personal relationship. That's all thanks to the great sitters.

Marie Pitman did a good job caring for my cats while I was on vacation. When I got home the cats appeared calm and contented. I received daily texts and Marie also left written notes.
I like having our dog in a private home with personal attention. I prefer having our dog go to another home rather than having a pet sitter stay in my house.

Mark the owner was a very sweet and professional man who came over to meet with me. He answered all my questions, took his time to get to know me and my pets and reassured me that they had my back in case anything were to happen to not only my dogs but my home as well.
I can tell he genuinely loves animals and cares a lot about his business and customers.
Along with him came Lisa my pet sitter assigned for my dogs. I couldn't have asked for a more reliable, sweet and professional lady who is just such a nice person! During my trip Lisa texted me as soon as I would text her, let me know how my dogs were doing and when I came home my house was the same way I left it and my dogs were perfectly taken care of. I can tell when my dogs have been stressed out and my three dogs were calm and happy to see me. I know they were under great hands and can't wait to hire them soon.
