Fetch! cared for our two cats while we were on vacation for a week. We have never used a pet care service before.
We liked that Renee came the Thursday before we left on our vacation to discuss our needs and meet our boys (Domino, 15 years old and Loki, 6 years old). While we were gone she sent texts to let us know how things were going--she would have sent them daily if we wanted--including a picture of Loki (who we said was our shy guy who she probably wouldn't see...he visited her frequently). She seemed to genuinely engage with them. When we came home they were happy and relaxed.
We are very happy with Fetch and with the care provided by Renee. The contacts were all responsive, friendly and concerned that we and our kitties had a positive experience.

What do I NOT like about Fetch?!?! I've been working with Fetch for several years now. I feel comfortable that the sitters have been well vetted and feel secure in letting them into my home. My regular sitter, Jim (who has been with Fetch for years) is fabulous about keeping me posted on how my cats are doing during the course of my absences. And I really get the sense that he enjoys his job and my animals! Can't describe what a relief it is to know that anytime I have to leave town, Fetch is on the other end of the line just waiting to take care of my cats, even at the last minute. No muss, no fuss.
I like the way Fetch connects with potential clients in a timely manner to let them know about the services they have to offer and what it is that can be served best with your pet. My pet-dog care giver is so in tune with my dogs needs each time she comes to care for him. It's so amazing that Mr. Fluffy our 11 year old Pomeranian has warmed up to her so very quickly as he has not had such a great background in that area. Thank-you Fetch for your kindness and consideration for our special dog.
