Our walker is always accommodating when we have a schedule change and contacts us if there is a problem with our pup. The service team is very prompt in returning emails to make adjustments to our monthly schedule and keeps us informed about upcoming events, weather-related issues, etc.

The care of my dog is exceptional - we get frequent updates and always know exactly what's going on at home when we're away. The responsiveness and attention to detail are wonderful also. I get a fast response and know what the plan is before I leave, which gives me peace of mind.

Elaine is amazing. We know that our kitties are in very good hands whenever we travel. She and Oliver, one of our cats, are best of buddies. This always happens for about 3-4 days after we het back, Oliver sits by the door waiting for Elaine's visit.

They try quite hard to accommodate those of us lucky enough to use them. I've never been disappointed, but my dogs are always disappointed when I return which means Fetch has done their job and is off duty. They are wonderful.
