This is the first time I have used your services. I was very pleased with the way Lenore Gelb treated my cat, Shadow. She not only took care of Shadow, but left my apartment spotless and obviously took great care to do so. I also appreciated the notes she left telling me of her "adventures" with Shadow! If I have to leave Shadow again, I know he will be in good hands with Lenore!

Heather has been a wonderful sitter for our pets--very patient, attentive, and thoughtful in sending us update texts and pictures to assure us that our lovies are doing great. Our dog is older and, therefore, can be a bit of a challenge insofar as messes but she attends to him wonderfully. Our cats, as well, love her. We really appreciate her and "Fetch!" because we can go away knowing that everyone will be well-cared for.
There is always someone to care for pets at short notice or emergencies. I trust the company. Mid day visits sometimes help my house stay clean. My dog likes staying at his house so he doesn't get fleas from other dogs.

I love that Fetch! Pet Care is very flexible and responsive - I asked to have an extra visit and had no problem getting it. I loved that the person who provided the services was very positive and responsive and provided regular updates...this was extremely important to me for peace of mind.
Everything! I got immediate feedback about pricing and was visited by our caretaker prior to the visit. She was fabulous with our shy cat, a large guy that ran from strangers. She knew how to go slow and win his trust. While we were away, she texted us with updates to let us know all was going well. Our situation was extra-special as our cat requires two insulin shots daily, and our caretaker was experienced and managed without any problems. We came home to a house that was clean with no smells from the litter box and the cat was not at all anxious about our absence. We have already booked again for our next vacation and plan to use this same service again. Only positive comments -- great service and highly recommended.
