Kim Pauleen looked after our large "attention-loving" for ten days while my boyfriend and I were on vacation in California. It was the longest that we had ever been away from him so I was very nervous and concerned about leaving for so long. Kim helped ease my mind 100%. She was warm, friendly, and professional, even agreeing to send me daily pictures and updates to give me further peace of mind. Every day that we were gone I received multiple pictures and a detailed update from Kim at approximately the same time every morning, which made me feel very comfortable and helped immensely in dealing the distance. Overall, Kim Pauleen's services were impeccable. I would recommend her to anyone in need of pet care and we will certainly be utilizing her services in the future.
