The online portal is amazing, making it super easy to make requests, see the schedule of services, pay invoices, and see updates from services. Bev and Cynthia have taken care of our kitty and do an exceptional job. They are very responsive and responsible, and also make sure our cat gets lots of play time and belly rubs. He loves when they take care of him. The customer service is wonderful. We always get prompt responses related to the schedule and billing. After each service we get lots of photos and detailed updates on the visit and our cat's wellbeing. It is well worth the money for all the peace of mind it brings us.

I am such a huge fan of this service! The website is easy to use and the sitters are amazing. They also very kindly sent me a card when my cat passed away. Thank you for all that you do!
When we go away, we have peace of mind knowing our cats are in great hands. One of the cats is on daily medication, and Marcia is amazing at giving it to him. She has even befriended our cat who is usually so shy. We love getting pictures of the cats and an update each time she visits. We would recommend her and Fetch to anyone!
