Once you've got your account setup, it's a very straight-forward process to get a sitter, and it's generally the same one (unless there's been turnover).

I loved that Fetch has their act together. The entire organization is very professional. The instructions and contract were easy to follow, and I loved getting the resume of my pet sitter in advance along with a photo, some information about her and references to contact.
During:
Becky was awesome! She visited everyday as requested and sent messages and pictures of my two cats. I could feel secure knowing that someone was checking on them every day and making sure they were safe and cared for while on vacation.
