What do you like about our services?

I really like that they emailed me a report about each visit and photos of my cats. I was also pleased at how the litter boxes looked when I returned home. I use Yesterday's News recycled newspaper pellets, and some people who have watched my cats didn't quite know how to deal with it, and I didn't like the state of the litter boxes when I returned.

Lisa is amazing. She takes such great care of our little puppy. He is very timid especially around new people, but she knew exactly how to handle that and make him happy.

There is a huge difference in Ruffy's personality and happiness on days when Lisa stops by. He seems to really love her and thanks us for having her stop by when we get home.

The customer service is incredible. As soon as I got in touch with Fetch, Carolyn answered right away to all my emails/questions. Katie, who took Teddy on his walks, was remarkable! Her report cards were thorough and when I texted her with a question or concern, she always answered quickly and with a great, positive attitude. Teddy seemed to hit it off with her, and he seemed happier and happier every day.

I love the care that our sitter (Curt) provides. He genuinely seems to care for my cat and is so invested in his well being. I never have a moment's concern that my cat will not be well cared for in my absence.

What do you like about our services?

I've used Fetch! Pet Care of Orland Park to Frankfort for 9 years. I love that my girls get used to one walker who knows their habits and can clue me in to any differences they notice. When I'm out of town, my girls are treated like queens and are given lots of extra love and attention. They treat my dogs like their own and I know my girls are healthier and fitter because of their afternoon walks. I cannot recommend Fetch! enough.
