My interactions with Fetch have been simple and straightforward. On our most recent trip, our dog seemed very well taken care of and I trusted the pet sitter with him and in our home. She was very communicative -- sending us nice updates and some photos, which we appreciated.
John was very good a communicating with us after every visit sending us and update on our cat and pictures which really helped us feel that Oliver was in good hands.

1. You make it so easy to book. I just have to send you an email with my dates and what services I would like and you guys send me a confirmation
2. The sitters are always the same so I get to know them. I love Krista who is so sweet with the boys and she even gifted us some cookies for Christmas. I know that my cats are in good hands while we're away.
