Susan Pasko was the most amazing pet sitter one could ever ask! She was very loving and attentive to our cat and they seemed to had a great time since I found my cat very relax and happy!! At the beginning I was a little nervous about using a pet sitter ( was my first time using this service), but as soon as susan started sending me pictures and daily reports all my fears disappeared and could enjoy my vacations knowing he was in good hands.
I highly recommend Susan, she's definetly the best!!
I was happy that people who so obviously enjoy animals are caring for them in my home.
1. Alex, who did our interview and walk through, was very thorough and communicated our wishes very effectively to the caregivers.
2. We loved the emails and pics from the caregivers, so we knew exactly what was going on.
3. After 11 days, we came home to a clean house, 5 happy animals, and peace of mind, because we knew our animals had been lovingly and appropriately cared for while we were gone!

While my first experience was a little rocky, my recent experience with sitter Marie Pitman was excellent! She sent me daily texts and photo updates. I receive email notices when someone takes and returns my apartment keys, and so I could tell from the time stamps that she spent quality time with my pets, playing with them and keeping them company. I felt very at east, knowing they were taken care of! I'll definitely request her in the future!

Care has the best people working for them. The person that helped us in the past was fabulous but moved. Lynne recently helped us out and she was terrific and went above and beyond her call of duty to make sure our dog was taken care of and our dog loved her. They also almost ALWAYS answer the phone and if not they get right back to you. A wonderful extra in this technology age!!!! They also seem to always be able to help us out even with sudden unexpected requests which I don't know how they are able to do. We think they are the BEST!!!!! So glad to have found them.
