Maybe, when a customer values the way one or two of the receptionists cut their hair, perhaps making a way in which the customer might know the schedule for a given week as to what days and hours the operators would be available at a given store. I'm not asking to set an appointment but only the times when a given operator is scheduled to work. In the past, I've wound up calling the store if I don't see Teppi's name, for example, on the list of workers on a given day. When I call, I don't want to do that because I know iit may be adding to the stress of a busy day at the store in which the operators are not only cutting hair, cleaning up for the next customer but also checking people in. Having the anticipated schedule of days and hours of the workers available would at least take take of few of the phone calls out of the already busy environment of the store. And by the way, Tippi and Krista (the woman from Boston who's battling cancer) have done a great job cutting my hair. That's what my wife says. So that's what matters. I'll keep coming back to either one of them.

I've been going here for a few months now, usually once a month to get a fade. I had Kasidy this time around and she did a fantastic job! Everyone in there is very polite and makes sure you get exactly the cut you want. I will definitely be back again!

The app does not always work as intended, 35 min till appointment, arrive in store 5 min before, on deck light comes up. Thought I had timed this perfect. But still had to wait another 25 min till I was taken back.
