This was my first time at a Sport Clips, or any chain shop. The reviews for Jess were overall very positive so I took a shot a getting my hair cut. I downloaded the app and watched for a good option and then put myself in the lineup with a 40 minute estimated wait.
The shop was not to busy upon arrival and I figured out how to check in. It was about a fifteen minute or so wait and then I was called by Jess. After a few seconds of intros and asking me what I was looking for, she got down to business. We chatted throughout the cut and the wash and head massage at the end was pretty good. I can live without the massaging chair, though.
All said and done, I was very happy with the cut! If the need arises, I'm likely to return next trip. Great job, Jess! Thanks for cleaning me up!

I’ve always had good experiences at Sport Clips. This time was above and beyond. My 13 year old son and I stopped in while on spring break and Anton gave us both haircuts. He was awesome and did a great job!
Quick work and decent results
I went to get a haircut yesterday and I needed a little more taken off the top. I called and talked to Pattie. She was very accommodating and told me to come back in and she would take care of me. I want and she did amazing job! Thank you Pattie and I will differently be back!

I’m not usually a fan of big chain places, but the quality of service that I’ve been receiving at Sport Clips has been really next level. The little things like having my eyebrows trimmed and the electric shaver to my neck really go a long way. The hair cuts have also been very *fast* which is great as I am often in a hurry. The accuracy of the cuts is commendable and I always feel like my stylist knows what I want, and is able to do it quickly. I also feel like the hair products being used are high quality, and I’ve actually bought some from SportClips. Whoever SportClips is hiring, at every location I’ve been to in the last 2 years, is doing a fantastic job. I feel like SportClips is really heading in the right direction. My only suggestion would be an app for rewards points and check in.

I have had "Alexis" as the individual responsible for cutting my hair for the past 4 haircuts. She is very personable, very nice and does a very good job. I request her each time I need a haircut.
