The app was not working properly on the last day of my appointment. After signing in on line and being told an approximate time. I arrived when the time was at 15 minutes. As I went to walk in, it changed to 40 minutes. Even though I had an approximate scheduled time with my stylist of choice, I think the app put a walk in in front of me after I waited.
I heard a few other customers saying the same thing happened to them. I thin Sportsclips needs to get their app and online sign in in working order so busy people can rely on the approximate times.
Depending on the stylist sometimes we get a really good haircut and sometimes they just mess my son‘s hair. Ashley is the best of all never a bad experience with her. But I had to take my son today again for another haircut at another place because after washing his hair it was completely uneven.
Rachel was very rude and did not let me explain the situation I was having with the app telling me I was checked in and then when I showed I did not see my name on the screen so I was trying explain and she would not let me talk and said the app is not working now because stores are closing soon. She did not care. She made it out to being my fault the app “clitched” and my check in did not work when I saw it go thru. Basically refused me and again being rude for no reason
