Amongst the covid-19 scare. Your business did not crumble under pressure. The appointment format was great, lots of staff on deck. It was smart to keep one person up there just for transactions at the register. I think you guys are doing your best at this time, your system of getting people in and out works. The only thing I would like from sports clips is a certain discount day or even a happy hour for the hair cut. I only come once in while as a treat. This time I came because no one has their act together except sports clips. That's about it.

On a side note- not worth lowering my rating- but the online process for check-in with texts just doesn’t work. I have made 2 appointments since the reopen and both times I received messages that my stylist would be ready in leas than 15 minutes and in both cases it was not the case. This happened in the past as well but never an issue. Just wanted to share that maybe the auto text aspect of the service should be disabled until it’s more reasonable.
Friendly service and protocol in place made me feel safe. Jessica does a great job.
