Maybe do some customer engagement training. Overall I love this Sportsclip franchise. But this is the first that a stylist has ever continuously pointed out how thin my hair is and where a "bald spot is" (I've had a scar from a surgery there). Generally it wouldn't be a huge issue but this same stylist hasn't paid attention to when my son had his cut and just cut it how she felt it should be instead of listening. It would help immensely. Thanks!
