Online appointments are a very big help! Especially in COVID-19 conditions they allow everyone to be as safe as possible. Removing the time limit so that I can schedule an appointment 4 hours from now is a real plus!

Quality of haircuts and the friendliness
It is a great haircut delivered by excellent stylists at a reasonable price. The MVP is icing on the cake, a wonderful way to complete the experience. Most of all I like the on-line check-in, it is easy and eliminates a lot of wasted time.

I have been going to the Blackhawk, Danville, CA Sportclips for years. When I first started coming, I would use "next available stylist". Then, after several great haircuts, I now only use Cyn and Sarah. Both are great at haircuts and just as delightful at conversation. I sincerely look forward to my haircuts. With an MVP and catching up on chit chat, it's a very relaxing experience. Plus, I love how I look!

The owner, the managers, and the staff are all caring people who put an effort into making you feel comfortable (especially during COVID) and ensuring you look and feel good by the time you leave. Reservation Check in process
Check n procedure is challenging, especially at opening time. Need a process for position in the queue.
The service - Jacqui is awesome and my son loves her.
