Sophie was fantastic. She listened to what my son wanted and gave him a fabulous haircut.
Service is usually good, haircuts are usually good, there have been some not so good ones in there too. I really enjoy the scheduling app. Products are way too marked up. I purchased styling cream for $21 because I needed it and the store stuff is not very good. Unfortunately, I have to look for it elsewhere as paying nearly double is ridiculous.
