Everything is easy. From checking in, checking out, and communicating what type of style you want. Even with current restrictions due to the ongoing health situation, it's a relaxed environment where you feel welcome and taken care of. The specific location in Burbank has always been great and efficient.

The place is well cleaned and sanitized, They all were , mask and there was enough distance between customers. They sanitized all their equipment, towels and cape

I like the simplicity of the three packages to choose from (and prices). I like the quality and choice of hair products, I like the friendly staff and their quality and knowledge of their service. The Burbank Ca location I attend is always clean and smells good. And they’re not rough on my my head & hair and take enough time to cut/style my hair right! And the app is great for setting my appointment with the stylist (almost always Kozet) I choose is perfect. Thanks!
The only drawback I have might be the lack of parking sometimes.
