I like the atmosphere, prices are just, the staff are friendly, the wait times are ideal. I like using the app and the info and ability to set appointments, and I like the products. And I like the card promotion. What I would like to change: I'd prefer the stylists to be more consistent with their styling/trimming, I'd prefer them to be more relaxed & take a little more time instead of rushing. And I keep having to find a regular stylist because they keep quitting/changing..

The wait time was so fast. Not to mention how I was have to check wait times from online. The stylist Gloria was very helpful and she had a great aura. She offered me the MVP cut which included the hot towel with the shampoo and the seat is a massage chair. It was a great experience and I will be returning.
