I bought a sports clip black card a while back. they did my cut then said they would not accept the card so I had to pay again for my cut.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Paid for the VIP. Something I look forward too. Face massage and scalp massage were not enjoyable at all. Barely touched my face after the hot towel was applied. Very quick shampoo. Glad I didn't pay for a Double as I usually do. Didn't offer me the foot rest, just let my legs dangle.

I'm sure she's new and I hope this turns into a coach-able moment.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The stylist that cut my hair was new at her career apparently as it took about 3 times as long as normal and then another stylist had to come and fix her mistakes. Not only did my hair not look good but I was not informed she was new. I would have waited and chosen a more experienced person. Not very professional!
