What could we do to improve?

This location is very small and dated compared to other location around Phoenix. Staff was AMAZING! Anna is the only reason I visited this location, most likely won't do it again. Will see her at her other location.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There seemed to be confusion with the staff (maybe someone was sick that evening) and I ended up waiting much longer that I should have. Also my specific hairstylist smelled like cigarettes which was disgusting. The hair cut and experience beyond those two items met my expectations for SportsClips.
