The ability to check in on the app, select a stylist, etc., really makes a huge difference. The schedule stays as noted, as well, so that helps. Caitlynn does a tremendous job and is long overdue to be Manager of the location. I'm sure "Sales" is a key part of what's considered, but leading is not only about what one sells. The quality job they do, how others on the team look up to and follow the leader, and the culture the leader exemplifies are as, if not more, important. Caitlynn delivers on all of those. If Caitlynn isn't working, I'm not getting my haircut. This location has let too many good leaders leave - Lindsey & Rheaven are two examples - so I hope Caitlynn is rewarded and recognized as she should be.

Since moving to northwest Arkansas I've been looking for a great stylist at Sports Clips. I've gone to them in CO and NV for many years so it's my go to spot. Finding Stylist Andra has been a blessing! She cuts my hair perfectly every time. I look forward to our visit every few weeks.

I go for the haircuts which are great. Not too fond of the sign in with phone number crap though.
The staff here are always friendly and welcoming! They are extremely professional and very tentative to my personal preferences in hair style. I’m always informed of any new or different products that I might benefit from using. Overall, it is always a positive experience to get a haircut here and I would highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.

Well after loosing my barber of 23 years I had a terrible time getting someone to cut my hair properly as my barber did, went through 4 different haircut businesses then I stepped in to Sports Clips and found Andra, she is the consummate professional in my opinion she asked me how I like my haircut and viola she did it and took notes as to how I like my haircut so just in case she is not there when I come in it will be the right haircut,
I use the app to schedule my appointment. I know at a glance if my hair stylist is working and when she is available. This allows me to attend to my other chores and get to my appointment in a timely fashion.
My stylist knows exactly what I want done as it is in the data base. Caylee is always pleasant and has a smile. I feel relaxed and always happy with the final result.
