I like having my hair cut by ladies. I save hair cut day for days that have been stressful, I indulge in the MVP treatment and stress melts away
Locations have been good and accessible. Over the past several months I have followed Kristen as she changed from one location to another. She is the best! Great talent, good communication, a committed hard worker and friendly...she is at her third location and I will follow her again if she goes to another salon. From my perspective she was not treated well at her last location (Bentonville Arkansas) by a lady (Trundra) who wanted Kristen out so she could have her job (very evident from the way she conducted herself. The last time I was in the Bentonville, Arkansas store, when Tundra became the new manager, there were 5 employees in the store and they were arguing over some minor situation, they ignored the 7 customers in the waiting area and it was evident Trundra did not know how to motivate and direct the employees...so I and two others walked out. I am glad I found where Kristen transferred to in the Fayetteville Arkansas store number 04-201.

They have nice people cutting and styling hair. They will do pretty much anyway it is requested. Plus, they offer advice on products and ways to maintain. I like the atmosphere there with the TV's showing my favorite thing...sports! Technology-wise, it also seems like they continue to evolve. They now have a small monitor that you sign in on when you enter. You can pick your stylist or take the first available. It saves the stylists from having to leave their chairs to come wait on customers who are coming in. I like this place more all the time.
