The service technician answered the phone immediately. He was there within the hour as promised. The team wasted no time getting all the water fired up and my flooring removed. They checked in everyday on the house and my belongings. I was updated every step of the way. They communicated with my insurance and made everything so much easier. Horrible situation but they provided top notch service.

I would highly recommend ServiceMaster Restoration & Cleaning by Texas. I had some water damage in my kitchen and dining room, and they took excellent care of us. Lane and the team were very communicative, professional, and kind. They were also very trustworthy and kept me in the loop about everything involved in the process. Your restoration service associates were some of the most professional employees I have ever witnessed. They arrived to our home within an hour of being called. Kevin had such a kind nature about him that just melted my stress away. He was very informative. He reassured me that his team would get to work pulling up our floor, taking our soaked items for cleaning, and place fans to dry our home. I am still amazed at how quick these gentleman worked. Before I knew it, our flooring was pulled up and the fans were blowing our wall and floor dry. The men came to check on us and our home daily. They removed fans when locations were dry enough. It was one of the smoothest processes that one could ask for during a flooding tragedy.

I was astonished at how quickly a dozen+ men showed up at my house and got the water off the floor and the mess of the ceilings outs of the house. The guys were kind to me. Nearly every one of them gave me an appropriate affirming word of encouragement. There were no empty words. Sincerity was obvious. Kevin Johnson has done a really good job keeping up with the myriad of details. He has also been very helpful giving me advice on how to deal with the insurance company,
