When the water problem first started I thought I would never get through it. Sam and John showed up, took the reins and got busy doing what they do best. The pipe leaked again, and on Saturday, Curtis showed up and literally talked me off the ledge! I am so impressed with the professionalism of these three gentlemen. All were very courteous, respectful and very kind to me while I dealt with this problem. I have already posted on my Facebook page that Servicemaster is the company to call when there's water problems. You should be very proud of your employees. Kudos to your company. Scott, Sam & Ian were very nice, polite and efficient. they went right to work, surveyed the area and put drying equipment in place. they left every thing clean & tidy, even hauling the wet carpet pad away.
