Always there when scheduled-very dependable. Great products. House is sparkling clean. Reminders the day before telling what time the service will be provided. The only reason for a 9 instead of 10- is the cost. Some other maid services are a little less.

The service is very good overall. However, i have just returned from out of town and find many cobwebs around the house - around the doors, light fixtures, etc., and i think this should be a regular part of cleaning service and it clearly hasn't been attended to in quite a while. Its all in the details.

The Maids are very thorough and take time to dust under objects on tables and bookcases, etc. The bathrooms are always spotless and smell fresh. My favorite thing is the shine they leave on my hardwood floors.
