I have used Merry Maids for a few years now and we have been very happy with them. The lady that comes to clean is wonderful. Her name is Mercedes and she is family now. Everyone that meets her tells us how wonderful and friendly she is. She is friendly, but she is so very good at cleaning my father's home. She does a great job and often does more than she should to make his home smell and be as clean as can be. We love her.
The girl who came was very nice, and professional. She did a fantastic job, turning a house that was in squalor into a shiny, clean place where I would now invite company. The cleaning products smell great, like cinnamon, and are not overpowering. Thanks, Merry Maids, for turning our home around!

The maids are prompt, courteous and ready to work. The maids I have had so far are great and I love the way they are cleaning my home and yes, it is shining and pleasant. I do wish stronger cleaning products for the bathrooms would be used. Overall, good job!

The cleaning products and equipment you use are very effective without having an intrusive fragrance.
Generally, service meets minimum standards. However, after having three different cleaning staff, I have requested Keisha as my future staff person. Her work is just outstanding and so thorough, down to the last detail.
