PACK / UNPACK: Stephanie Donnelly did an incredible job of staying close to us along the way and ensuring that our concerns were addressed and moved through the process well. She was extremely responsive, courteous and gave us a great deal of confidence that our claim was in good hands. I would definitely recommend her to anyone of my family / friends in the future.
CLEANUP / REMEDIATION: Zach Deason did a good job of explaining the cleanup process on the first day and setting our mind at ease that ServiceMaster would handle everything. The portion of the process that I believe could improve was around the quote / interest in doing our repairs. When I requested a quote on repairs, he asked to see the detailed claims reimbursement info from our insurance company. I did not provide that information to any other individuals who quoted the work and felt like the explanations for the reasons that ServiceMaster would like to see the sheets were somewhat disingenuous. Ultimately, I did not receive a response on my request for a quote but do not believe that I would have gone with ServiceMaster on the repair work after the initial request for my insurance paperwork. Aside from that, we had a great experience. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie Donnelly.
