The restaurant was very nice. I liked the ambiance and the decor . The service was great, the food was excellent and the drinks were original and very tasty. I honestly cannot think of anything I would change about my experience. I will be making reservations to treat my sister for dinner within the next week.

Everything is great, food, the ambiance and service was great!
The only thing that almost made us leave and go somewhere else was when we arrived at the restaurant we asked the host to sit on the atrium section, there were plenty of tables but he said there would be a 45 min wait (this is on a Friday during lunch) we asked why. No reason was given.
It seems like every time I come for lunch I am told I have to wait because I don't have a reservation. During lunch, we pick a place nearby randomly so sometimes reservations are not possible.

I love the atmosphere of the restaurant. I always sit at the bar because I'm there between classes around lunchtime/early afternoon, but I think the restaurant as a whole is really welcoming. I LOVE the bartenders , especially Derrick, Brian, and Louis. The El Clasico is one of the only margaritas I can drink without getting heartburn, probably because it isn't overly sweet or sour. I have also loved everything on the menu that I have tried so far- the $10 salad and soup, the steak tacos, and the chicharonnes. I guess you could say I'm a regular and will always be as long as I'm located in the downtown area!
