I like the natural products used for cleaning as they are animal friendly! I also like how Jessica is so friendly and thorough!
Nitaly was very personable, had a great routine, was able to do a great job in the time booked. the products did a good job and I felt the home was fresh and clean when she was finished.
There were a few areas that required a stronger cleaner that we went over with VIM and removed some tough marks.
The hardwood had a build up of previous cleaners, while the steamer did do a great job, the pad needed to be rinsed a few more times.
Overall , I was happy with both the service and products. :)

The girls were pleasant and worked hard. They did a fine job cleaning and did some extra chores- notably, they cleaned my plantation shutters and cleaned a large gooey spot in my cupboards. I would definitely recommend Merry Maids services
